PLN 21

After watching Changing Education Paradigms by RSA I was amazed how school really is like a “factory” and how it needs to change so people are using their brains creatively. Another thought, it’s sad that some kids take pills just to stop them from getting distracted from all the electronics and overload of information. It doesn’t help when all the teacher does is give boring and repetitive lectures. By the way, I agree with the guy how things have changed from getting an education and then getting a job but today people receive education, and are not guaranteed a job. So the answer is change the “factory style” education system to create a more fantastic work force. Go back to the creative learning of kindergarten! This matters to me because I am a student and if education becomes worse then it already is then every one will work for McDonald’s. This matters to the world because it has a huge impact on many jobs and the future. Overall some teachers are thinking out of the “factory style” but it still needs an internal fix.
