PLN 15

Hard to hear that kids make school terrible. In the article  " Schools Would be Great if it Weren't For Kids" by  Alfie Kohn. There are two types of motivation intrinsic and extrinsic that moves a student to work but one of them takes away motivation in the end. Intrinsic meaning that a student shows interest in the subject. Extrinsic meaning one is forced to study a subject because of a punishment or a reward. The latter shows that students don’t give there best effort because its all about the end grade and not about discovery. I agree that students don’t like school and are not motivated to learn but there needs to be a change so students can choose what subject they want for their future job. Also, this matters to me because who will teach me in a fun way not just for the grade or for the test. This matters to the world because it will have a huge amount of impact on jobs and scholarships if people are not motivated and don't have some kind of intensive. Student should like to learn because there future depends on it.
