In Googley Advice by  Jonathan Rosenberg is about characteristic's company's need in their employees to be competitive with other businesses. Employees need problem solving skills above the ordinary skills like knowing software programs. Such as, the need to work together and fix problems. The ability to communicate. Also, have passion in life and work.  Finally, standing out and having great leadership. This matters to me because if I want to succeed in life I will  need these requirements to be successful. This matters to the world because if no employees work together and communicate they will fail. Overall problem solving skills are needed to compete with businesses.
